Analysis

The Dolphins are coming into this game with a 0-2 record this season and they have been awful in their 2 games so far. They opened the season with a 33-8 loss on the road against the Colts and were completely outplayed in that game. Now they are coming off of a 33-27 loss at home against a Patriots team that is going to be one of the worst teams in the league again this season. Their offense played much better against that Patriots defense, but they could not make the plays late in the game when they needed to and they have also struggled to run the ball in both games this season. Their defense was also a big problem as they have allowed 33 points in both games and their pass defense has been poor against 2 QB's who are certainly not elite. They are going up against a Bills team that is 2-0 this season and they have been playing very well in their 2 games. They had a huge comeback win in week 1 against the Ravens, trailing by 15 points late in the 4th quarter yet finding a way to come back and win 41-40. Now they are coming off of a dominant 30-10 win on the road against the Jets in their last game and their defense played much better against a team that does not have a top offense in the league. They could not stop Derrick Henry and the run game in week 1, but they tightened up last week as they shut down Breece Hall on the ground and the Dolphins do not have a strong run game or an elite RB in Achane. The Bills also forced the Jets to beat them through the air which they could not do and Tua has not played well in either game this season with some of the passes he has been missing. The Bills are going to cover the spread in this game.
