Schedules vary by handicapper. For daily sports (baseball, hockey, basketball), most plays go up between 6am–11am ET, but exact times can differ. Football may appear days early or on game day.

If you're on a subscription, you'll see the release cadence in your member portal.

Do you have a privacy policy?

Yes — read it here.

How do you grade handicappers' plays?

Star scales differ by handicapper, but we evaluate performance using win rate and net profit. To keep comparisons fair, profits are calculated using a consistent unit size per pick.

Which sportsbooks are used to grade lines?

We reference major books like BetMGM, Caesars, and DraftKings at the time the pick is released, and grade based on that release line.

Why is my sportsbook's line different from the pick's line?

Lines move and prices vary by book. Picks use live numbers at release from multiple books. By the time you place a bet, your book might show a different number.

How do I get free picks from a handicapper?

We publish free selections regularly on the Free Picks page.

How many plays are released per day?

It depends on the handicapper and the time of year. A typical range is 3–7 plays per day, with October–March being the busiest.

How many picks are included in a long-term subscription?

Volume is driven by value and the sports calendar. Expect multiple plays on most days during busy seasons.

How do I determine my bankroll?

Choose an amount you're comfortable losing without affecting essentials. Bet within that limit and review periodically.

How much should I bet on a game?

Keep stakes comfortable. If a wager stresses you out, size down.

Two common methods: flat betting (same unit size for a long stretch) or percentage-of-bankroll (e.g., 1–3% based on confidence). Pick one and stick to it.
